Free store pickup is available to save on shipping fees.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our home in Oak Grove, Minnesota (55011).

Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.
During peak seasons or major holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. Any significant delays will be communicated via our website banner or email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

Standard Shipping after processing

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email which will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and contact the carrier directly.
