Refund Policy

No Refund Policy (Due to Hygienic Nature of Products)

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our bath and body products (such as soaps, shower steamers, lotions, and scrubs), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Our Commitment to Your Safety

We take hygiene and safety very seriously. Because we cannot verify the condition or handling of products once they leave our facility, we cannot accept returns and re-stock those items. This strict policy ensures that every product you receive is brand new, sanitary, and has never been opened or used by another customer.

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy for general returns, we will address specific issues if the fault is ours:

1. Damaged in Transit:
If your items arrive damaged due to the shipping process, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). Provide a clear photo of the damaged product(s) and the original packaging. We will assess the damage and, if approved, send a replacement item at no extra cost.

2. Incorrect Order:
If you receive the wrong product entirely, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the incorrect item received. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for the return of the incorrect item.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is marked as "shipped" or "processing," it cannot be canceled.
